Central Coast Community Coordinator (Part-Time)
About this Position:
The Elakha Alliance is looking for a Central Coast Community Coordinator to help build relationships, foster meaningful conversations, and strengthen community engagement around sea otter reintroduction on Oregon’s central coast.
Only applicants who currently live and/or work on the Central coast, ideally Lincoln County, will be considered. We’re looking for someone who is already connected to the community and can build trust with local residents and stakeholders.

This is a part-time contract position (20 hours/week) with flexible scheduling and compensation of $3,000–$4,000/month, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong ties to the central coast and, ideally, experience or relationships within the commercial fishing and shellfishing industries, as roughly half of this role will focus on listening to, engaging with, and building relationships in those communities.
