Come meet our marine biologists, ask questions, and learn why sea otters are a keystone species and how their return could help restore healthy, resilient marine ecosystems along the Oregon coast. You’ll also get to learn more about the Elakha Alliance and our work to bring sea otters back home.
This event marks the final day of Sea Otter Awareness Week, so we’re going out with a splash!
And there’s another reason to make this one count: the Portland Aquarium is scheduled to close its doors on October 4, so this is your chance to explore this one-of-a-kind cartoon aquarium before it’s gone.
