Join Elakha Alliance at the Erath Winery Tasting Room (Portland) for our first ever Sea Otter Sip & Paint Night Fundraiser! Consider your ticket price a direct donation to the non-profit organization Elakha Alliance, whose mission is to restore Oregon’s sea otter population.
No experience is needed, so all artistic skill levels are welcome. Step-by-step painting instruction is provided by a talented artist (and Oregon Zoo Marine Life Keeper) Megan Tate Hagedorn. The example of the painting is the featured email at the top of a sea otter floating in bull kelp holding a sea urchin.
The ticket price includes all paint supplies, instruction, aprons, and an 11×14 take-home canvas.
This an adult event, it is for individuals ages 18 and over.
Mix and mingle from 6:00 – 6:30 PM.*
Painting starts promptly at 6:30 and goes until 8:00 PM.
*Wine and beer will be available for purchase; please no outside alcohol. Complimentary light appetizers will be provided.
Cancellations 72 hours before event will be offered a refund. Cancellations after 72 hours will have their ticket payment remain as a donation to the Elakha Alliance.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Alcohol consumption is permitted only for adults over 21.
