Breweries will craft special sea otter-themed beers using Maris Otter Malt\, alongside offerings from local wineries\, ciders\, and more. Guests can sip\, sample\, and vote for their favorite creations while a panel of expert judges crowns the top otter-inspired beverages. \nThe evening will also feature: \n Raffle & Silent Auction with local artwork\, adventure packages\, and unique gifts.\n Live painting by artist Mike Bennett of sea otters on a surfboard for the silent auction.\n Bryson Wallace (whom you might know from KMHD) will DJ to set the vibe.\n  La Petite Tattoo showcasing their special ocean-themed flash tattoos benefiting Elakha in May with four female artists. DESCRIPTION:This year\, the Marine Lamfrom Charitable Foundation is partnering with schools and nonprofits on the Oregon Coast to help young people visit and explore new places\, spaces\, and environments — getting out of their comfort zones. \nIn partnership with Explore Lincoln City’s Finders Keepers program — and in celebration of Marie Lamfrom’s 129th birthday — they are donating $129\,000 between Oregon coastal nonprofits and schools each time a special ‘Marie Lamfrom’ float is discovered and reported. \nElakha Alliance has been awarded FOUR yellow glass floats\, and if found and registered here\, we will be awarded $1\,000 per float! \n1) The search begins! Starting May 24\, float fairies will be hiding the MLCF yellow glass floats along the Lincoln City coastline. Floats will be hidden through the month of June\, so rally your friends\, neighbors\, and community members to go searching! Learn more about the boundaries and hiding spots here. \n2) Registering floats: Floats must be reported to and registered with Explore Lincoln City – do that here – in order for non-profits to receive funding. Remember\, only the labeled yellow floats are eligible for this program. \n3) Last call: While many floats will be found in early June\, some still are discovered months later. As such\, they will leave discovery open until July 31.

The event is presented by the Elakha Alliance with generous sponsorships from 7 Devils Brewing Co. and other coastal businesses and organizations. \nCome get freaky on Friday the 13th and listen to live music by Tbird and the No Can Do’s\, enjoy refreshments by 7 Devils Brewery and food from SweatHeart Waffle Truck\, and learn more about the Elakha Alliance’s work to bring sea otters back to the Oregon Coast. \nEXCITING NEWS: We will also be unveiling a one-of-a-kind sea otter statue made from marine debris by South Coast artist Elizabeth Roberts. SUMMARY:Block 15 Brewery: Dine Out Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Fundraise for the Elakha Alliance by simply eating at either Block 15 locations (Corvallis\, OR) during their open hours on Tuesday September 12th for their Block 15 Dine Out Program. Representatives from the Elakha Alliance will be tabling from 5pm-7pm if you want to come meet us in person and learn about our mission. \nAs part of the Dine Out Program\, a portion of that day’s food sales (to-go and in-house) will be donated to Elakha Alliance. Customers do not need to mention the dine-out; sales are eligible regardless! The dine-out will take place at both Block 15 locations during open hours.
