SUMMARY:Saltwater Sportsmen's Show
DESCRIPTION:The Saltwater Sportsmen’s Show is the Northwest’s only saltwater fishing show that blends an offshore seminar series with a trade show for two days of saltwater fishing fun! The Elakha Alliance will be there tabling for both days\, February 24 and February 25. \nThe seminars cover safe boating\, offshore navigation\, salmon and tuna fishing and bottom fishing. The show features boat dealers\, boating accessories\, fishing manufacturers and gear and equipment for saltwater fishing off the Oregon and Washington coasts. \nAdmission is $20 to attend both the seminars and the show or $10 to attend just the show.  All proceeds raised go to benefit OCEAN\, a local non-profit committed to extending offshore fishing seasons and enhancing offshore fisheries.  OCEAN provides an endowment to Oregon State University that provides scholarships to students who intend to work in some area of saltwater fisheries. They also provide deep release mechanisms for releasing bottom fish safely and effectively to anglers around the world at no-charge. \n
